Cancellation Policy

Contact us immediately at support@dreamlandgardens.com to request cancellation. Please include your order number.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, production, or shipping begins. Any cancellation restrictions or charges disclosed before purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.

Refusing delivery or requesting cancellation while an order is in transit does not automatically qualify the order for a refund. Disclosed freight, storage, redelivery, or restocking charges may apply.

If your order has already shipped, any return request is subject to the product’s return eligibility and our Returns & Refunds Policy. All returns require written authorization from Dreamland Gardens before shipment.
