Shipping Policy

Dreamland Gardens works with multiple trusted brands and suppliers to offer a wide range of outdoor structures, equipment, and related products. Products may ship from different locations and vary in size, weight, and delivery requirements. Processing times, delivery times, and shipping methods may vary by product.

Shipping Costs

Dreamland Gardens offers free standard shipping on orders totaling $200 or more. Orders totaling less than $200 are charged a flat $10 standard shipping fee.

The shipping threshold applies to the order total, not the price of each individual product. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

These rates apply to standard shipping to eligible delivery addresses within our shipping area. Special delivery services or additional delivery requirements may result in additional charges, as outlined below.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, inventory availability, and shipping method.

Estimated shipping or delivery information may be provided on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Backordered or pre-order products will not ship until they become available. Please review any availability notices and estimated shipping dates on the product page before placing your order.

Freight and Oversized Deliveries

Many larger products, including sheds, greenhouses, chicken coops, playhouses, and other oversized structures, may require freight delivery.

Freight shipments may involve additional delivery requirements such as:

  • Scheduled delivery appointments

  • Curbside delivery

  • Access for a large delivery vehicle

  • Special handling requirements

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product or supplier, freight delivery does not include assembly, installation, placement of the product, or removal of packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and location are suitable and accessible for the applicable carrier.

Special delivery services, remote or limited-access locations, and other nonstandard delivery requirements may result in additional charges. Please contact Dreamland Gardens before ordering if your delivery location requires special arrangements.

Additional charges resulting from inaccurate delivery information, missed delivery appointments, redelivery, refused delivery, or special access requirements may be the responsibility of the customer when applicable.

Multiple Shipments

Products within the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers or shipping locations.

As a result, products may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers, delivery dates, or shipping methods.

Shipping Destinations

Dreamland Gardens ships to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States.

If a shipping option is not available for your address at checkout, please contact Dreamland Gardens before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Delivery address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

Please contact Dreamland Gardens as soon as possible if any order or delivery information needs to be corrected.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, address changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
