Shipping Cost

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00), will begin processing promptly.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Order Transit Time

  • Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch .

Shipping Methods

  • Most orders are shipped via trusted third-party freight carriers, using 18-wheeler trucks for delivery. For freight-shipped items, we will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number at checkout to ensure smooth coordination.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been received and your payment approved.
  • After your order is dispatched (within 1–2 business days), you’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched. For cancellations after dispatch a restocking fee will be applied. Please refer to our refund policy.

Damages and Issues

  • At the time of receipt customers must fully inspect all packages for any signs of damage and report said damages to the shipping company and Dreamland Gardens within 5 days.  We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, including return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
