How long does it take for my order to ship, and when will I receive it?
Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 days. On rare occasions, shipping may take longer due to unforeseen delays, but this will usually be noted on the product page. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all items. For full details, check out our 30-Day Return Policy available at the bottom of the page. All sales are final for any EZ-Fit product.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@dreamlandgardens.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellations fall under our 30-Day Return Policy restocking fees of up to 25% may apply.
What should I do if my product is damaged upon arrival?
Inspect your item(s) when they arrive and note any visible damage, including to the packaging, at the time of delivery. If you cannot inspect the item immediately, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your product is damaged, please email photos to support@dreamlandgardens.com within 5 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?
To order online, simply click "Add to Cart" on your desired product and complete the checkout process by entering your shipping and payment details. To order by phone, call us at 877-356-3888. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation, and we’ll start processing it right away.
How will I know when my order ships?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing the order and payment authorization. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with the tracking number. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or phone within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
Yes, we’ll send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please ensure your email is entered correctly, and we recommend saving or printing this confirmation for your records.
Do you charge sales tax? Dreamland Gardens is based in Delaware, a state that does not have a sales tax. Therefore we do not charge sales tax on orders.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can make changes to your order at no additional cost before it ships. To request a modification, email support@dreamlandgardens.com. Any price differences will either be credited to your card or invoiced for payment. For immediate assistance, email us or call 877-356-3888.
