  1. Return Time Frame

    • You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this 30-day window.
  2. Shipping Costs

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  3. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If your product is defective or damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll assist you in returning the item at no additional cost. Once we receive and verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including your original shipping charges.
  4. Change of Mind Returns

    • If you decide you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process a refund for the product price, excluding shipping fees.
  5. Refunds

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
