At Dreamland Gardens, we stand behind the quality of the Grandio Greenhouses we sell. If a warranty-related issue arises, Dreamland Gardens can assist with reviewing the concern and helping coordinate support in accordance with Grandio’s applicable warranty terms.
Grandio Limited Warranty
Grandio Greenhouses provides limited warranty coverage to the original purchaser against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
Plastic Panel Warranty: Grandio plastic greenhouse panels are covered for 10 years from the original retail purchase date against defects in material or workmanship.
Aluminum Frame Warranty: The aluminum greenhouse frame is covered by a lifetime warranty against qualifying defects in material or workmanship.
Coverage: Grandio defines covered defects as imperfections that impair the use of the product. For an approved warranty claim, Grandio may repair or replace the defective product or component in accordance with its warranty terms.
Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, alteration, accidents, vandalism, rusting, normal scratching or scuffing, intentional damage, unreasonable use, acts of nature, or other events beyond the manufacturer’s control.
Installation & Weather Conditions: Grandio greenhouses are DIY products and must be properly installed and maintained. Wind and snow ratings are performance indicators and are not guarantees against damage. Damage caused by installation conditions, improper base preparation, unsecured doors or windows, extreme weather, snow or ice buildup, or similar external conditions may not qualify as a product defect.
Shipping & Labor Costs: Shipping charges to and from the factory or distribution center are not covered under the warranty and are the purchaser’s responsibility. Labor and related costs for removal, installation, or replacement of the greenhouse or its components are also not covered.
Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order number, product information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the affected area. We can assist with the initial review and help coordinate with Grandio when appropriate. Grandio may require additional information or direct communication to process the warranty claim.
Warranty Assistance: Warranty eligibility and the available remedy will be determined according to Grandio’s official limited warranty terms.
