At Dreamland Gardens, we stand behind the Freego products we sell. If a warranty-related issue arises, Dreamland Gardens can assist with reviewing the concern and helping coordinate warranty support in accordance with Freego’s applicable warranty terms.

Freego Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Freego provides limited warranty coverage for eligible genuine Freego electric bicycles and qualifying standard components purchased through approved sales channels. Warranty duration varies by component.

Wear Parts: Eligible wear-related components, including handle covers, pedals, chains, inner tubes, outer tires, parking stands, brake discs, brake pads, brake hoses, clamps, fenders, seats, and front forks, are covered for 30 days, subject to Freego’s warranty conditions.

Electronic Components: Eligible electronic components, including multifunction switches, connecting wires, front and rear lights, shift or throttle levers, assist sensors, displays, and chargers, are covered for 3 months.

Core Components: Motors, batteries, controllers, and core electronic control systems are covered for 1 year. Battery warranty coverage applies to qualifying capacity degradation exceeding 20% under normal use and does not cover damage caused by overcharging or over-discharging.

Core Structural Parts: Frames, stems, and handlebars are covered for 24 months against qualifying cracks or deformation caused by material or manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper use or maintenance, overloading, water exposure beyond intended use, excessive heat exposure, unauthorized disassembly or modification, failure to perform required maintenance, accidents, third-party damage, unauthorized repairs, force majeure events, or issues occurring after the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Service: For approved warranty claims, Freego may provide eligible replacement parts at no charge. Installation labor is not included in the manufacturer warranty. Customers may install approved replacement parts themselves or arrange installation through an authorized service provider at their own cost.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the problem. Additional documentation or diagnostic information may be requested as part of the warranty review.

Warranty Assistance: Dreamland Gardens will help coordinate the warranty request with Freego when applicable. Warranty eligibility, replacement approval, and the final resolution are determined according to Freego’s official warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase.
