Rambo Bikes Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Rambo Bikes provides warranty coverage for eligible bikes, enclosed hardware, accessories, and frames, subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms.
Lifetime Frame Warranty: Rambo bike frames are warranted against factory defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser, provided the original purchaser continues to own the bike. This frame warranty is non-transferable.
1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty: Rambo Bikes warrants eligible bikes, enclosed hardware, and accessories against defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date the bike is received.
Product Registration: To maintain warranty eligibility, the original owner must register the bike using its serial number within 30 days of receiving the bike.
Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear or consumable components such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, derailleurs, frame chips, kickstands, pedals, and crank arms. Coverage also excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, failure to follow the owner’s manual, incompatible parts or accessories, operator error, or water damage.
Modifications: Customer modifications to the bike will void the manufacturer warranty.
Battery Exclusions: Battery warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper storage, water damage, normal wear, or improper charging.
Warranty Claim Review: Rambo’s technical team reviews warranty claims and determines whether the issue qualifies for coverage. If approved, Rambo may provide troubleshooting assistance and initiate the appropriate repair process. Rambo may use inspected replacement parts from demo or lightly used inventory when processing warranty claims.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order number, bike serial number, product information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the problem. Dreamland Gardens can assist with the initial review and help you prepare the information needed for the manufacturer’s warranty process. Rambo may require direct communication with the customer as part of its claim procedure.
Warranty Assistance: Final warranty eligibility, repair approval, replacement parts, and the available resolution are determined by Rambo Bikes according to its official warranty terms.
