At Dreamland Gardens, we stand behind the quality of the Scott Aerator products we sell. If a warranty-related issue arises, Dreamland Gardens can assist with reviewing the concern and helping coordinate the warranty process in accordance with Scott Aerator Company’s applicable warranty terms.
Scott Aerator Company Product Warranty
Eligible standard Scott Aerator Company products are covered by warranty for the original owner, subject to the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.
Motor Coverage: Scott Aerator Company provides a 5-year warranty against motor failure.
Other Components: All other product components are covered for 1 year against factory defects.
Warranty Inspection: For an approved warranty claim, the defective unit must be returned to Scott Aerator Company’s factory for inspection. Replacement parts are provided after factory inspection confirms that the part is defective.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for prepaid shipping when returning the defective unit to Scott Aerator Company. Parts replaced under warranty are returned with shipping prepaid by Scott Aerator Company.
Labor & Related Costs: Scott Aerator Company does not cover consequential damages or costs associated with product removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
Voltage Correction: If, within 60 days of receiving the unit, it is determined that the required distance from the breaker panel was measured incorrectly, Scott Aerator Company may upgrade an eligible motor from 115 volts to 230 volts at no charge for the upgrade itself. Shipping costs in both directions remain the customer’s responsibility.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order number, product information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos when available. Additional information may be requested to help review the concern and coordinate the repair or warranty process with Scott Aerator Company.
Warranty Assistance: Dreamland Gardens can assist with the initial review and help coordinate the information needed for the manufacturer’s warranty process. Final warranty eligibility, inspection results, replacement approval, and available resolution are determined by Scott Aerator Company according to its official warranty terms.
