YourGreenhouses Limited Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product line and applies to eligible defects under normal use, subject to YourGreenhouses’ official warranty terms.
Polycarbonate Greenhouses: Eligible models with galvanized steel frames are covered by a 10-year limited warranty on the frame and a 5-year limited warranty on the polycarbonate panels.
Nordwood Greenhouses: Eligible Nordwood wood-and-glass greenhouse models are covered by a 5-year limited warranty on the wood frame and a 5-year limited warranty on the glass panels.
Coverage: Warranty coverage applies to qualifying structural defects, manufacturing defects, or material failures under normal use within the applicable warranty period.
Product Registration: Eligible products should be registered with YourGreenhouses within 30 days of delivery to activate full warranty coverage.
Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, improper transportation or storage, use of the product for unintended purposes, incorrect installation, mechanical damage after delivery, unqualified maintenance or repair, or naturally worn components.
Warranty Resolution: Depending on the product and issue, YourGreenhouses may provide troubleshooting assistance or replacement components in accordance with its warranty terms.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the affected area. Additional information may be requested to help evaluate the concern and coordinate with YourGreenhouses.
Warranty Assistance: Dreamland Gardens can assist with the initial review and help coordinate the information required for the manufacturer’s warranty process. Final warranty eligibility and the available resolution are determined according to YourGreenhouses’ applicable warranty terms for the specific product.
