EZ-Fit 10-Year Limited Conditional Warranty
EZ-Fit provides a limited conditional warranty to the original purchaser covering eligible structural components and specified product components from the delivery date.
Structural Coverage: Structural components are warranted against defects in workmanship for 10 years from the delivery date.
Accessories and Components: Accessories, hardware, cupolas, and metal components are warranted for 2 years from the delivery date.
Scope of Coverage: The warranty covers qualifying defects involving structural strength, materials, or manufacturing that materially affect the intended use of the product. Any warranty remedy is determined according to EZ-Fit’s applicable warranty terms.
Owner Requirements: To maintain warranty eligibility, the shed kit must be properly assembled and maintained according to EZ-Fit’s instructions. The structure must be painted within 60 days of assembly using 100% acrylic latex exterior paint, properly caulked and roofed, and erected according to the assembly instructions within 1 year of delivery. Appropriate ground clearance and routine maintenance are also required.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover improper site preparation or assembly, re-leveling caused by settling, normal wood movement such as cracking, shrinking, splitting, or warping, normal wear and tear, neglect, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or moving the structure after assembly. Damage caused by fire, flood, hail, wind, insects, vandalism, theft, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other events outside the manufacturer’s control is also excluded. Fading, color change, and color matching are not covered.
Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order information, product details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available. Dreamland Gardens can assist with the initial review and coordination. EZ-Fit’s official warranty states that warranty claims are handled through its parent company, Alpine Structures LLC, and additional documentation may be required.
Warranty Assistance: Warranty eligibility and the available resolution will be determined according to EZ-Fit’s official warranty terms. Separate warranties provided by manufacturers of individual materials or components may also apply.
