Riverstone MONT 10-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible MONT Greenhouses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to Riverstone Industries’ official warranty terms.
Greenhouse Coverage: The 10-year limited warranty applies to the greenhouse framing, assembly hardware, and polycarbonate.
Accessory Warranty Periods: Certain MONT accessories carry separate warranty periods:
- Work Bench System — 5 years
- Shade Cloth System — 5 years
- Watering System — 5 years
- Solar Ventilation System — 3 years
- Garden/Potting Sink — 2 years
- Vent Openers — 1 year
- Thermostats — 1 year
- Other accessories not specifically listed — 1 year
Original Purchaser Only: The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The product must also have been purchased through an authorized retailer in an eligible location.
Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, incorrect installation, improper maintenance or handling, unauthorized repairs or alterations, operation with an incorrect power source, or acts of nature.
Wind & Snow Conditions: Riverstone specifies standard wind and snow load limits for MONT Greenhouses. Damage or structural failure caused by conditions exceeding those limits is not covered. Owners are responsible for removing snow and ice accumulation when the greenhouse is not continuously heated during winter conditions.
Missing or Defective Parts: Riverstone states that qualifying lost or missing parts may be replaced at no cost for up to 90 days from the purchase date. After 90 days, no-cost replacement is subject to Riverstone’s discretion.
Warranty Resolution: If an eligible product or component is confirmed to have a covered defect during the applicable warranty period, Riverstone may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part. If repair or replacement is not practical, Riverstone may choose to refund the applicable purchase price in accordance with its warranty terms.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact Dreamland Gardens with your order number, product information, model or catalog number, serial number when applicable, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the affected area. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
Warranty Assistance: Dreamland Gardens can assist with the initial review and help coordinate the information needed for Riverstone’s warranty process. Final warranty eligibility and the available resolution are determined by Riverstone Industries according to its official warranty terms.
