The Boilermaker is a surface aerator designed to increase oxygen transfer and circulate a large volume of water in large commercial ponds. Its low-profile design creates a high-volume white-boil effect of highly aerated water with minimal vertical display.
This product is available with 2 hp and 3 hp, 230-volt motor configurations. The 2 hp configuration delivers a flow rate of 700 gallons per minute, while the 3 hp configuration delivers 800 gallons per minute. Both are intended for ponds greater than ½ acre and require a minimum water depth of 42 inches.
Both configurations use stainless-steel, oil-free submersible motors designed for continuous operation in fresh water and salt water. The aerator can also remain installed during winter and function as a pond de-icer.
