The ⅓ hp configuration moves 300 gallons of water per minute and creates an approximately 5-foot-high by 12-foot-wide spray pattern. It is intended for ponds up to ¾ acre and requires a minimum water depth of 32 inches.
The unit uses a stainless-steel, oil-free submersible motor suitable for fresh water and salt water. It can remain installed during winter with the power turned off and may be restarted after the pond thaws.
