The Slinger De-Icer creates high-volume winter circulation for protecting boats, docks, pilings, boathouses, marinas, and other waterfront structures. Its included nylon ropes allow the system to be suspended and positioned in large or hard-to-reach waterfront areas.
The unit draws warmer water from below the surface and directs it outward in continuous movement. This flexible installation can be adjusted as water levels and dock configurations change.
The 1 HP 230V configuration moves 500 gallons of water per minute with a flow distance of 75 feet. Its oil-free submersible motor is approved for both fresh and salt water
