The Slinger De-Icer provides suspended winter water circulation for boats, dock systems, pilings, boathouses, marinas, and comparable waterfront structures. Heavy-duty nylon ropes allow the unit to be suspended from a dock, piling, or boat and positioned where ice protection is needed.
It moves warmer water from below the surface outward in continuous movement to help prevent ice buildup. The flexible installation can be adjusted for changing water levels and unusual marina or dock layouts.
The ⅓ HP 230V configuration moves 300 gallons of water per minute with a flow distance of 40 feet. Its oil-free submersible motor is designed for continuous operation in fresh or salt water
