At Dreamland Gardens, we’re here to support customers who purchase VIVOSUN products through our store. If a product-related issue arises, Dreamland Gardens is your first point of contact for after-sales assistance and will help review the concern and determine the appropriate next steps.

VIVOSUN Warranty & After-Sales Support

VIVOSUN’s published limited warranty applies directly to eligible products purchased through the official VIVOSUN website or official VIVOSUN storefronts on authorized third-party platforms. VIVOSUN states that products purchased through other distributors or resellers should receive after-sales support through the seller.

Dreamland Gardens Purchases: For VIVOSUN products purchased through Dreamland Gardens, please contact Dreamland Gardens directly for warranty or after-sales assistance. We will review the product, purchase information, and reported issue and coordinate with the supplier when appropriate.

VIVOSUN Product Warranty Periods: VIVOSUN states that most of its products carry a 2-year warranty, although warranty periods vary by product and component. Certain LED grow lights may have coverage of up to 5 years, while some consumable products do not carry warranty coverage. Any coverage available for a Dreamland Gardens purchase will be confirmed based on the specific product and applicable supplier terms.

Visible or Shipping Damage: Please report visible damage promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and affected product. VIVOSUN’s published policy requires visible damage claims under its direct warranty program to be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Information Required: Please provide your Dreamland Gardens order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the problem. Serial numbers or additional documentation may also be requested when applicable.

Exclusions: VIVOSUN’s published warranty excludes issues resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper electrical supply, unauthorized alterations or modifications, improper installation or use, and certain consumable products. Product-specific terms may also apply.

Warranty Assistance: Dreamland Gardens will assist with reviewing the concern and coordinating available after-sales support. Warranty eligibility, repair, replacement, refund, shipping charges, or other resolution will depend on the specific product and the applicable supplier or manufacturer terms.
