Both variants have the same 13.81 ft. x 17.81 ft. dimensions, 9.44 ft. ridge height, 214 sq. ft. floor area, included components, selling price, and functional features. Each finish has its own SKU and barcode.
Optional upgrades include automatic roof-window openers, deeper wood treatment, premium door hardware, or a bundled Premium Package Upgrade. These additions do not replace the 2 selectable frame-color variants.
